Refund Policy 

Returns

At Afro Caribe Botanica, due to the nature of our products we only offer returns and exchanges on incorrect items, that are still in the original packaging or that have just been opened. Please email us at support@afrocaribebotanica.com to get a return started. This does not include all food and beverage items. Please contact us if you need a return on a food or beverage item. 

 

Upon receipt of the original purchase, customers are refunded the full price of the item, minus the cost of shipping, to the original payment method. 

Exchanges

Customers have two options to exchange an item:

  • Start a return by emailing us, then once the item is shipped, received, and inspected, we can ship a new one. 

  • File a return, then purchase a new item from our shop. 

 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that are damaged or worn by the user. If an item is defective upon arrival, please take images to document the condition it arrived in.
