Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

 

We only accept returns or exchanges for incorrect items, provided they are returned in their original packaging or immediately after opening. Food and beverage items are excluded from this general return policy—contact us directly if one of these items requires a refund or exchange.

 

2. How to Initiate

 

To begin a return or exchange, email support@afrocaribebotanica.com with your order number and issue details.

3. Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be refunded the full purchase price (excluding shipping fees) via your original payment method.

4. Exchange Options

 

You have two ways to handle an exchange:

    •    Return the item for inspection, after which we’ll ship the correct replacement.

    •    Initiate a return, then place a new order for your desired item.

5. Damaged or Used Items

 

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery. If your item arrives defective, please take and send photos of its condition immediately.
