How long do items take to ship?

Once an order is processed and paid for, we work to process it as quickly as possible. Items will usually ship out within a day or two of being purchased. Shipping times may vary depending on the region of delivery. Most items should take one to two weeks for delivery.

 

Are these authentic African and Afro-Caribbean items?

All of our items are genuine products of Nigeria and the Caribbean to ensure customers receive quality, authentic items. Pricing is based on the authenticity of our products and the sourcing of such items. 

 

Do you accept returns?

We do allow returns or exchanges for non-food or beverage related items to ensure the happiness of our customers. Most of our food and beverage items cannot be returned or exchanged for health purposes. However, if you’re dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please reach out to our team for a solution.

 

How do you ship items?

Most of our items are shipped through standard shipping. For some perishable items or candles, customers may want to consider a faster shipment option to avoid product issues. 

 

What payment options do you accept?

We offer flexible payment options to help guarantee access to quality products to everyone. From Venmo to PayPal, Apple Pay to American Express, you’ll find an entire range of payment options at checkout.
